About the PM C2 Marketplace

The official, open software catalog for the U.S. Army's Next Generation Command and Control program. One front door for every NGC2-equipped formation: every capability listed has cleared the PM C2 DevSecOps pipeline — security-scanned, signed, and authorized for operational use — and is requestable by any unit regardless of which division-prototype team integrated it.

Who it serves

  • Operators — discover and request capabilities authorized for their formation.
  • PM C2 Apps Team Lead — portfolio-wide operator of the unified pipeline and storefront; approves vendors and manages the catalog.
  • Division-prototype team leads — Anduril for 4ID, Lockheed Martin for 25ID — integrate one division's native stack. Shown as card attributions only.
  • Government program staff — administer the pipeline, manage impact-level authorizations, and execute rollbacks.
  • Industry partners — register their organization and submit capabilities for evaluation.

How requests route

Requests route to whoever holds the contract for that specific app — Anduril for Anduril-stack apps, Lockheed Martin for Lockheed-team apps, the PM C2 Apps Team Lead for centrally licensed and cross-team apps. Kaizen operates the neutral marketplace platform; it is not a team lead and not an app vendor.

How publishing works

Every submission moves through Submitted → Security Scan → In Review → Approved → Published. Capabilities in production may be flagged Update Pending during patch cycles, or Rolled Back if a regression is detected in the field.
